I had a poor experience with staff in this store of pantaloons. Highly inefficient and inexperienced staff. I had to exchange my bought items and they had no idea how to do that. There was insufficiency in staff as there was a long line and only 2 people to tackle it. They were unprepared for situations like this and were constantly seeking help from seniors causing the ultimate delay. Should really improve this.

I was there on Dec. 12 in the evening. Great customer service by Rushi (he gave us a good deal), Bhavya (showed us many options)& Krisha (v. good understanding with colour combination); they were all pretty good in client service. I was there for buying just 1 pair and ended up with 6 pairs. Amazing experience, strongly recommend.
