I work in France and before leaving, I stopped by Pantaloons in Kamla Nagar, Delhi, to pick up a few things. I bought just a T-shirt which is great quality but what truly stood out was the honesty of the staff. While trying clothes in the changing room, I accidentally lost a gold necklace that my mother had gifted me just a day before. I didn’t realize it until later in the evening and started calling all the stores I had visited that day. When I contacted Pantaloons, the staff asked me to wait while they conducted a thorough search. After about 30 minutes, they found the necklace and handed me over. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty and effort. It meant a lot to me. So yes, great T-shirt, but even greater service. Thank you

The clothes and experience is nice. But costumer dealing from the staff’s end is pretty poor. Like they are misspeaking the dates for offers deadline. Some staff told us that we would get our points back by 5 November but we got nothing as they said there was no such points even available. This is indeed poor staff management. Although still a fine experience 👍
