I work in France and before leaving, I stopped by Pantaloons in Kamla Nagar, Delhi, to pick up a few things. I bought just a T-shirt which is great quality but what truly stood out was the honesty of the staff.
While trying clothes in the changing room, I accidentally lost a gold necklace that my mother had gifted me just a day before. I didn’t realize it until later in the evening and started calling all the stores I had visited that day. When I contacted Pantaloons, the staff asked me to wait while they conducted a thorough search. After about 30 minutes, they found the necklace and handed me over.
I’m extremely grateful for their honesty and effort. It meant a lot to me. So yes, great T-shirt, but even greater service. Thank you
