The ongoing sale is extremely exciting—multiple brands are offering a flat 50% discount, including their own home brand. The staff are very helpful, especially Praful at the Spykar branch, who helped me choose a great pair of jeans.

A good experience shopping here. Have been an occasional customer of pantaloons. This particular shop has a good collection for men, women and kids but it could have more variety. There are wide variety of items like formal, informal, casual, footwear, etc.

Lots of variety in denim. There's only 1 brand, SF jeans (earlier Bare), which suits my taste & budget. On all occasions the salesmen were very helpful in explaining fit types etc., Mr Bhagwat in May2025. T shirts are not dull looking like other brands in the same Mall.

Great value clothing

I enjoy visiting the Pantaloons at Westend Mall, Pune because the customer service is exceptional. Recently, I visited the store to shop for women’s formal wear and they had a good collection and variety. But what stood out for me was the truly unique shopping and customer interaction! As it happens, I liked something and it was not available in my size but then the store manager Mr. Khode stepped in and he checked for sizes availability across all other stores and arranged to have it delivered at my residence the next day! This was really an exceptional shopping experience and my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Khode for going above and beyond to make it possible.

Had a very good experience at the Pantaloons store Westend Mall. The staff is courteous and helpful. The queues well very well managed even during rush hrs. Providing water bottles for the ppl waiting in queue was a thoughtful touch. Special appreciations for Mr Aditya for making the shopping experience enjoyable.
