Enjoyed shopping here. Staff is very helpful and suggests you clothes as per your requirements. One suggestion is to have at least 2-3 support staff who have measuring tape with them. Even though you can try before selecting, still it would be good

I visited Pantaloon shop on 30-Mar-23 as my reward points were about to expire on 31-Mar. I purchased one product but was not able to redeem full points against it due some glitch in the system. I came back with empty handed that day. But next day head cashier Mr. Shriraj and store manager Ms. Bharati Datar went beyond their limits, talked the head office. They not only redeemed the points for me but also arranged to send the product via Dunzo to my doorstep. Their efforts towards customer satisfaction are highly appreciated.
