Absolutely amazing customer serice by Mr. Mahindra , the store Manager. I reside in bandra and he got a jacket sent to bandra store on special request from Thane as the size wasn't available at any other store.Truly working towards the best customer service. Kudos to him and his staff.

Pantaloons always maintain good range of products. Lady from the mini club was really helpful. Also the staff from billing counter and women section went extra mile to help.

Wanted to buy three jeans quickly. I went in the store and was immediately greeted and helped by attendent there. There was a bit of rush near the trail room though. Got an amazing deal!!!
