Pantaloons, Lower Parel, mumbai

I visited Pantaloons on my recent trip to Mumbai and unfortunately because it is surrounded by concrete (i guess), mobile network has issues reaching in the store, I selected a few items online which i was trying to search in the store, this is where i came across Meera, a pantaloons sales representative who graciously provided her mobile hotspot so i can search online, the links and then using the barcode she helped me find the products in the store, making my search a lot quicker and easier. Thank you Meera for the kind gesture, you have been really helpful and i'm glad Pantaloons has staff like you helping customers find the products quickly. I'm recommending all my friends to come to this store in particular as they also have a huge floor space hence a large selection of products.

Mr. Sumit Paswan, the cashier executive on your counter was so damn sensible and customer centric. As he learnt that the battery on my phone was out and we were unable to share OTP, he went extra mile and checked best in his capacity to ensure that we get the discount as per membership without OTP. His this behaviour has ensured that we return back to this outlet for sure on our next shopping.

Visited this store for shopping with friends. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Normally shopping in India was quite intense for me, as customer service shows a lot of stuff at the same time which I find a bit overwellming as an European. However, this was not the case for this store. Employee Yash Kamat was very nice and helpful. He informed us for discounts, made nice suggestions for cloths we need, help us to carry our stuff. Overall he assisted us quite well through out our visit. Totally recommend this shop for locals and foreigners.
