Nice collections at Pantaloons

I visited Pantaloon at Rave-3 Parvati Bagla Rd Kanpur Yesterday on 22nd Jan to exchange my jean pant. I duly took receipts etc from counter and holding my jeans in hand I moved around in the store and selected a few garments etc to exchange. And to try the fittings I entered the trial room keeping my jean pant(to be exchanged)outside the trial room but to my shock -when I came out of the trial room-I found my jeans missing.I immediately reported the staff but they expressed their inability to locate on some pretext or another. I requested to the staff to check through CCTV camera but they did't pay attention. I later found out that CCTV is not working and therefore security of the customers is at risk and incidents -as above-is common. So I advise all customers and visitors of Rave-3 Kanpur to be careful of their security and their belongings. I therefore decided NOT TO GO toPantaloon again
