I recently visited Pantaloons Serampore. This outlet holds good collections for men and women apparels. But I’m really happy with a staff called Rakhi Bhattacharjee who is a sales person for Biba. She is sincere, honest and has good sense of fashion. I wish her the best and hope Pantaloons Serampore will keep working hard to make people happier 🤟🏻🤘🏻

Customer service is very good in Serampore outlet, collections are nice but as usual in pantaloons max. products are over priced.

Nice place

Very cooperative staff. Good collection. Number of collection is lesser than other pantaloon outlets. Parking is a big problem. You may park your motorbike on the road side, but absolutely no place to park your car. The location is prime, located at the junction of 4 roads.

Good place for shopping

It's a two storied store. There are so much variety of dresses. Men's section is downstairs and women and kids section is in the upstairs. Shoes, bags, accessories are also available. Staffs are good and helpful. Very good connection. Price is moderate. All over good experience.

Collection, variety quality is awesome for apparel, bags and footwear but not jewelry items.

Up-to-date fashion trends availability. The price is a bit on the higher side, but so is the quality.
