Spread over 2 floors (ground and first) in the Ambience Mall, the place remains one of the value for money options in this otherwise expensive mall. The experience is standardised and similar to any other pantaloons. The trial rooms are conveniently located, women's apparel is present in the ground floor while men's in the first. The checkout experience was decent enough. One feedback - their loyalty program is quite forgettable, may need a good look to create some unexpected wow moments for long time customers.

We forgot my grandfather's specs in the trial room the manager Mr.rahul looked and found it packed it very properly and gave it to our guy there.

Very nice store with good standard of service. The staff especially a Tailor is very efficient. Liked the stuff on sale.

Perfect place to shopping

It's one of the best outlets for casual shopping but unfortunately this time I couldn't find what I was looking for. Either the ones I found was not kind of the fabric I wanted or the style did not provided to what I was looking for anyhow I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a steal buy. Good pricing and great stock inventory.

Extremely crowded place but although good for weekends

3 stars is all it gets. Clothing is ok. Price is ok and people behind the counter work really slow. Takes ages and there is 1 line. People crawl in front and staff thinks its all fine. Saw multiple arguments start about that. Nor sure if I would come back.
