Pantaloons Reviews
Great collection of clothes, sandals, bags
If you are at this outlet make sure to ask for Bhuvan shankar shetty. He made sure we got the best deals on bags and was very helpful during the entire process which made our experience a pleasant one.
Good collection. They can add more choices for kids.
Actually was very great experience here
Mr. Faizal helped a lot as we had some issue in our GyFTR coupon.
I dropped by Pantaloons OnLOOP last Thursday evening, and I must say—it didn’t feel like walking into a regular Pantaloons store. This place is huge—the first of its kind in India and spread across a massive 70,000 sq. ft. Honestly, it feels more like a mini mall than a standalone store.
The brand variety impressed me right from the entrance. With 50+ labels under one roof—Rangmanch, Akkriti, Tasva, Jaypore, Puma, Skechers, Allen Solly, Turtle and even Coco Leni’s first Bengaluru outlet—there’s something for everyone. Each floor has its own character: women’s fashion on the ground floor, men’s and kids’ wear on the first, the serene upper floors still being set up, Konark restaurant on the 4th, and Inox perched right at the top.
Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the quality justifies it. Since it was a weekday, the place was pleasantly quiet, which made browsing enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff—they were warm, proactive, and genuinely eager to help. Their service added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.
My only disappointment was that I couldn’t find my jacket size in the colour I loved—but with such a huge store, I’m hoping stock updates will improve soon. Overall, a delightful experience and a place I’d love to revisit.
Biggest Pantaloons in the city
I visited Pantaloons in JP nagar Mantri mall today. While I was trying out a dress, my mangalasutra chain had come off which I had not noticed. I got a call from Sneha The manager of ethnic department Pantaloons after a couple of hours asking me if I had lost any gold ornaments. Then I told her that I had lost my chain. We went to the store immediately . After confirming that it was mine, she returned it to me. I was quite overwhelmed with relief. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Sneha The Manager and Harikrishna who found the chain. It is very rare that people have such integrity these days. God bless them and the whole team. Thank you very much. 🙏
