I’ve visited the Pantaloons at Phoenix Marketcity (Kurla) twice recently with my fiance, and the service has been consistently exceptional. A huge thank you to Murssrat, Afroz, and Tehashri in the western wear section for their professional and quality assistance. I also want to recognize Omprakash in the adjacent ladies' traditional section and Girish from security for their wonderful service. It’s rare to find a team where everyone—from the floor staff to security—is so professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Visited the Pantaloons store at Kurla and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The store is spacious, well-organized, and has a wide variety of options for kids, women, and men. Whether you’re looking for trendy casual wear, formal outfits, or ethnic looks, they have it all under one roof.

Sangita helped me shop for my wife and she took the lot of options.

Collections r good but little collections... staffs r helpful... prices oc products r affordable ...

Good collection. But looks like the replenishment here doesn't happen here more often, as many of the sizes were out of stocks.
