Clothes collection, staff, and overall shopping experience at Pantaloons are really good 👍
However, the washroom condition is very disappointing for such a well-known brand. I have visited many Pantaloons showrooms, but this showroom’s washroom needs urgent attention.
Cleanliness is not maintained properly, some taps and doors are broken, and the smell is very unpleasant. Hope the management works on this soon to improve the customer experience.
