Great service at this outlet. I want to make a special mention of Mr Ilaiah who does alterations. He not only did the job with precision and care but he did the job quickly so I dint have to revisit to collect my jeans. Overall the outlet is great, neatly organised and the staff are always ready to assist with smile.

Pantaloons has a good variety not really diverse. I like it being not too crowded. The staff have been curteous, thus far in my few visits. This for me really makes a difference. Customer service is an important aspect for me. I went into the store today again, and a few girls turned up and helped me pick dress and some jewellery for my daughter back in the US. I had to tell them what I was looking for specifically and they were very patient in helping me pick the dresses and the jewellery. They made excellent suggestions and stayed with me all along. Ramya and Keerti, Thanks to you both. You made my buying at Pantaloons very content today. Definitely will visit the place and recommend people to visit the place.
