Most of the staff are not having the knowledge on the product, also on the replacement or return process. Very irresponsible store manager. Except for the collections, overall costumer experience is a big ZERO when compared to other Adithya Birla group stores.

Very limited collections and too many condition on refund policy. They have only brand to brand exchange. I recently want to purchase some formals and there was not much stock. Store is tidy and not much rush. Vanhusen products quality is good.
