Shoutout to Nagambika and Kusuma at Pantaloons for helping us with our shopping! Nagambika was extremely patient while we tried on many clothes and helped us find the right sizes throughout. Both Nagambika and Kusuma were very helpful, attentive, and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Really appreciate the great customer service. We made multiple trips to the store. One of the best Pantaloons stores in Bangalore! The sales staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and the billing team is patient and efficient. A special mention to Pavitra at the billing counter for her excellent customer service, and to the lady in the kids’ section — her energy, kindness, and fluency in Kannada 💛❤️ though she is from Northeast India really impressed us. Not to forget the managers over there are really good too.. It’s inspiring to see such passionate team. Kudos to Pantaloons for building such a great team!

I was happy to visit the Pantaloons store in Mall of Asia. Firstly , I thank the management for celebrating the Kannada Rajyostava with the staffs wearing Karnataka flag badge and playing kannada songs for full day. I must express my heart felt gratitude to a Staff , Basavaraj who helped us finding our lost shopping item. We had kept the bag over the billing counter and forgot to take it. The other customer thought it was theirs and took with them. We realized later around 4.30pm. we approached the Pantaloons store and asked d if they have seen the bag. 2 staffs said they have not seen and later when we asked to check the cctv, Basavaraj came to our help. He checked the CCTV and traced the customer who took our bag. Contacted them and personally went to collect the bag. Thanks for your support 🙏

Excellent collections at Pantaloons! Luckily I was aligned with Mr.Mujeeb who was amazing at his job, noticing the needs of the customer and bringing in the right inputs based on colour and style on the right time.He seemed to be extremely helpful and rightly sorted the confused shopping.. Targetted for one attire but with his marketing skills and justification for styling ended up taking another attire in no time..He seems to understand the trend and customer needs rightly.We need more people like him so that shopping experience is always at ease!Thank you Mr.Mujeeb for your valuable support!
