Very good collection

After being recommended where I should shop for a newborn baby girl, I decided to patronise Pantaloons at Nexus Forum Mall, Whitefield. It was neat and organised. What amazed me on that fateful day was a staff, Ms Panchamri (hopefully I spelt her name correctly), assisted me to pick some clothing. One hand of mine was holding a wet clay and the store promotion attracted a lot of people at that time. I could not really glance through designs of baby wear till Ms Panchamri saw my frantic needs. Without long, based on her advice & suggestions, she also shared with me the promotions, I quickly bought the items as proposed. She happily settled my payment at the cashier counter, properly cut the price tags off and packed my items neatly in a gift pack with a card attached. I was relieved as the crowd was growing. It was like a one-stop service from selection/recommendation, payment, gift-wrapping and finished with a smile & Thank You. On a second occasion, I went there to get a hand-carry travel bag. The cashier was not friendly, never smiled like Ms Pan did. Neither did the sales staff who was folding the scarves at the gondola. I paid for my item and walked towards the exit till I met Ms Pan. At that moment, the smile came off naturally from her countenance. She salvaged my ‘shopping experience’ in fact. I hope that every staff there could model after Ms Pan in serving customers in a passionate way. I am already a fan there because of positive encounters with good customer service from Ms Pan who wears a smile and a spec. Thank you.

Store environment is really good

Store is good. But the billing department forcing us to give feedback infront of them and asking to choose billing service is superior is not good. Faced this multiple times.
