Today, I went to visit this store with my family. Often the present working members are helpfull and behaves nicely, but today a lady with white shirt and jeans pent(working member) behaved badly. Whenever we go to change room, she ask to take out the hanger of the clothes and give to her, when I ask where I will hang my dresses, she replied the seat is already given there you can place all your trial clothes there..... How rude ..... They supposed to help the customer to ease their experience, instead she ruined my experience to ease her own task to hang the left clothes of customer.....

The store experience can be said good but not really impressive idk how the tap machine can’t work in such a big store unbelievable like even small stores have this function working and ready all the time the store needs to take urgent action against the store. Took a lot of time waiting for just a simple step. Customer service was good and yes they are supportive and helpful they deserve a raise.
