I recently visited Pantaloons in Patna and had a pleasant shopping experience. The service was commendable, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness throughout the store. The staff maintained good hygiene standards and their behavior was polite and helpful. However, I feel there is a small scope for improvement at the billing counter. The billing area could be made more organized and efficient to reduce waiting time and enhance the overall customer experience. A little more attention to the layout or queue management at the counters would make a big difference. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend visiting!
