Best clothing store

I had purchased a party shirt from Pune for my son's first birthday. It was a size bigger for me. I went to Nagpur VR Mall to exchange the same. I met the store manager Mr. Ravindra who assisted me but the size was not available anywhere in Nagpur. He was very empathetic in understanding my requirement as it was for my son's first birthday so he checked its availability in all other stores and located it in Amravati store. He got the store to deliver my shirt to my hometown in Wardha. I am so delighted with the efforts entire Pantaloons team took to deliver one single shirt with such urgency. Thank you so much.
