Had lots of designs for specific type of apparels. Costing compared with max is a bit high. Paid scheme and discount from it looks like a bad idea. Though it is profitable if someone is brand conscious and looking for pantaloons accessories. Could have made competitive pricing rivalling with max and trends

Been here multiple times expecting the experience would get better. But definitely not. Be it staff helping if any query asked or be it on the billing counter, its not okay. The person on the billing counter doesn’t listen to what I say. I said not to add bag since I have and yet the person billed me for the bag. Since I made the payment through card, they said it cannot be refunded instead of even asking a sorry. The person was never ever sorry for not listening at all. The management should give some basic training to the staff to improve the customer experience.
