It is very big mall having Products of top Brands and with lots of varieties. Their products prices are usually very high but its quality is best. There are many changing rooms, so no need to wait for longer queues.

Pantaloon is always my favorite place to purchase clothes due to quality of clothes and good ambience. However, request to Pantaloons management to fix rule of queue at cash counters. If thete are more than one cash counters then every cash counter has separate line or only one line for all cash counters. Your cash countet guy should not have authority or liberty to decide as per his own thinking. And surprised to see that your Borivali Pantaloon manager Mr Sunil is just saying sorry on behalf of cash counter guy without confirming the rule. So, please fix the rule.
