I had a wonderful shopping experience at Pantaloons. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout. I especially want to mention Ranjitha, who was extremely kind and assisted me patiently with my selections. Also, a special thanks to the lady at the billing counter for her friendly and efficient service — she made the checkout process smooth and pleasant. Overall, great customer service and a delightful shopping experience! Highly recommend visiting this store. 👏🛍️ I do have one suggestion to the management: After billing, we receive the “Thank you for shopping” SMS along with the review link. But the review site never opens. This has happened to me many times. Because of the wonderful service from your staff, we genuinely feel like giving positive feedback — but the link issue makes it difficult. Kindly look into the site/network problem and rectify it at the earliest. Thank you!

New Designs are Elegant and Beautiful ❤️

The collection at Pantaloons is really good, but the shopping experience gets affected due to staff behavior. While checking out items, the staff tends to interfere instead of giving us space to browse peacefully. It feels uncomfortable when they insist on trying an item immediately after picking it up, rather than allowing us to finish selecting what we want. I believe customers should be given some space to explore the collection at their own pace without constant pressure. A more relaxed environment would definitely improve the overall shopping experience.
