I have been buying pantaloons products for as long as I remember. Earlier my favourite store was camac street, now since pantaloon is right in the neighbourhood, certainly becomes easier to just walk down and shop. Billing, customer service and of course staffs here, I would range it 10/10. However as a regular pantaloons customer, I feel there are a couple of things Aurobindo Mall store needs. I feel this particular store is not being promoted well, point is most of my known people who shop from Pantaloons still prefer visiting Avani Mall or Camac street branch thinking Aurobindo Mall wouldn't have the required collection. With other cheaper options in terms of price available in the market, there is certainly good foot fall in the mall. However this store of URS needs that extra marketing touch. My good wishes and lots of love. I am sure in no time business would certainly pick up in this store too.

Just another mall of dresses and cosmetics. Price mid to high and very high. Went on puja shopping. They had offer to give diner set at a little price on purchase of Rs.4,999/-. SO went twice to buy goods exceeding that price. Later they told they will give bed-sheet instead of diner set. Went again. Still got nothing. Don't get fooled seeing such offers.
