I had a pathetic shopping experience at pantaloons. During the shopping journey the team miscommunicated the offers, wrong offers are updated. At the cash counter, the cashier said sorry for the miscommunication which didn't solve my problem. The manager is polite and was helpful "Ravinder" he resolved the issue and gave us the products at the offer price. Appreciate his support. Such people should be promoted further. Thanks !
