We visited Pantaloons at the Mall of Dehradun twice this week — first on Wednesday and again today — and both visits were absolutely wonderful. As visitors from the UK, we were warmly welcomed and assisted by two lovely girls who helped us choose clothing for our grandson with great care and enthusiasm. They even suggested adding his name through embroidery, which was beautifully done by a third talented young lady. Her skill and attention to detail truly impressed us. I believe one of the girls was named Suman. We’re so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful service. They made our shopping experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!
