The staff here are very helpful and polite — they assisted me at every step and made my shopping experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate their willingness to help and the friendly attitude they maintained throughout. However, I did notice a small issue during billing. There seemed to be a bit of confusion or delay when applying membership discounts or coupons. I believe this process can be made a little more transparent and faster for customers. Also, one thing that disappointed me slightly was when I requested water. The staff assured me they would bring it, but even after 10–15 minutes and a couple of reminders, it never arrived. Apart from these minor points, everything else was great — the collection, staff behavior, and store environment were all impressive.
