Yesterday, went with my sister shopping in Mantri Mall Pantaloons, Collection was great, sales staffs were wonderful, but still I ended up giving from my sisters account low rating for billing, when requested by billing person (Male) to rate/review. I had lost it by then waiting to get billed for the items. Considering it was Saturday, only one counter for billing was open and in that one functioning billing counter, billing girl was busy advocating people to subscribe for privilege membership and that was never ending. We waiting for long time and went and approached a lady who was wearing different color ID strap (thinking could be floor manager) than the billing and sales ppl and requested if one more counter can be opened, she said no. When it looked like privilege membership registration was going on forever for the customer in-front of me, one male staff was sent to open another counter and he did the billing quickly and requested to rate. In that frustration of never ending wait to get the bill, I ended up rating low, I hope that rating is not considered for the individual person who was billing but it was for the over all billing system Pantaloon has, which really is pathetic. I have had this experience earlier in other branches also, that in the bid to promote subscription billing takes forever which tests people standing in-line and also very less billing counter's are functional at a given point of time is something to be looked into!!
