Good collection. The behaviour of the staff is very good and very helpful. During our visit, a lady named Khumbar helped us a lot. Pantaloons offers a varied shopping experience that can be hit or miss. While sometimes the store has a fantastic range of collections, other times the selection can be quite understated and limited. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but there seems to be a mismatch between their suggestions and what most customers need. Often, shoppers are primarily looking for assistance in finding the right size rather than style advice. While I appreciate the effort to suggest options, I find it less useful when staff focus on recommending colors and styles that don’t align with what I’m looking for. It would be more helpful if the staff concentrated on size assistance, which is usually the primary need for most customers. On the plus side, the store itself is spacious, well-maintained, and organized. The layout, with separate floors for gents and ladies, adds to the convenience and makes for a more pleasant shopping experience. Overall, while Pantaloons has its strengths, particularly in store organization and layout, there is room for improvement in both collection variety and staff assistance.
