First Impression: The shop was very well laid out, prices / offer were clearly visible. Good Merchandising and full availability. Customer Service: Excellent Customer Service. Special mention to Rahul, who looks after the Men's section at first floor, Peter England Area. We were looking for shirts that can matches to trousers and he was happy to help, and went extra mile to by showing some decent shirts. We went for help couple of time and ask few suggestions, which other staff was also happy to help with. Last Impression: The checkout colleague was very engaging and suggested different ways to pay for your bill. The colleague told us the exact price after the discount. Highly recommended, specially for the residents of Shahibaug. Really like the wording for advert "Play with the fashion",

Shopping place but still need improvement in stocks as well as services

Came here with my husband and in-laws for clothes shopping. They have a variety of trendy Western clothing that appealed to me as a person in their 30’s. Crop shirts, crew neck tops, high neck no sleeves, button-down shirts, trousers belted or with belt loop, blouses of variety of patterns, styles, shirt or long sleeve. Large selection of clothes for both Western and Indian clothing. Sales associates who stand outside your door who are polite, friendly, abd quick to help to bring the correct size for the clothing. They helped to bring the clothing to me while I shop if I liked it or not and that was helpful to quickly assess any pieces of clothing I may need. They try really hard to help you select the right clothing offering suggestions on what would fit for a style of top or bottom. I highly recommend any person to shop here for an excellent retail shopping experience. We spent few hours in this store and did not even have time to touch on the men’s store upstairs. So much to choose from!
