The ambience was good and refreshing than other shops in the mall. But need to have good collections. The shop had few items and not much helpful

It was awesome experience in pantaloon during the sale season. One of the sale representative (Rita as she told me her name)helped alot to buy clothes,bags and jewellery. She was one step ahead to help us to buy our needs. If anyone read from pantaloons office. Please value such staff,because of such staff your business grows. I have never done such huge amount shopping and even I happy to purchase it. Where person responsible for jewellery was not much in a mood to help but she (Rita) went there and helped me to purchase the same. It's my request please value such enthusiastic staff. I am sure she helps every customers who comes for shopping.

Visited the store on Saturday noon to shop for my parents. My parents loved the collections and the trail rooms are spacious and many, so the waiting time was not much. The store lighting is wonderful and items are well organized. Also I would like to thank Sameer who helped my parents throughout in getting specific sizes and helping them to get matching clothes as well. Also he helped us in getting better deals on shopping. During billing both Subhankar and Sameer explained the discount part and membership in detail which encouraged me to become Pantaloons exclusive member. The in-house tailor for spot dress alteration impressed us the most. Overall I loved my first time visiting this store and for sure going to visit again.

Was really helpful while i was waiting for my wife outside trial rooms ;) - Limited seating outside ladies waiting room. Had wonderful relaxing day at Play Salon, Nexus Mall. Cecelia did an amazing job on my hair and her head massage was absolutely revitalizing. The place is stunning, clean and chic design and the crew are courteous and experienced: Love, love love the experience. Thank you Play Salon.
